Zinc coating→Wire Coling → packing

We can supply electro galvanized iron wire processed with low carbon steel

wire, through drawing and electric galvanizing.

1)Standard wire gauge: BWG8 to BWG22 (0.7mm-4.0mm)

2)Technical/Mechanical characters:

a. Zinc coating: 10g – 25g/sq.m

b. T.S: 300-550Mpa

c. Packing: 0.5KG - 500KGS/COIL, inner plastic, outside gunny or weaving bag.

d. Application: Used in weaving wire mesh, binding, construction building.

    3.Hot dipped galvanized iron wire                                                          

Technical/Mechanical Characters:

 a. Zinc coating: Commercial grade :> 60grams/sq.m

b. Heavy coating: 40grams/sq.m---260grams/sq.m

c. Diameter range: BWG 8--- BWG 25

d. T.S.: 300---550Mpa

e. Packing: 0.5---500 kg per coil.Plastic inside and Hessian woven or woven bags outside. 

f. Application: This kind of wire is extensively used in construction, woven mesh,

  express way fencing, bailing and many other usages.
